We have no long-term contracts. We are honored to serve your family and earn your business with each service. Our pool service and repair technicians are trained, reporting to, and supported by our full-time Service Manager, backed by a great estimating department. We report any issues found that day on your service emailed report. We are there for you year-round.
Your full service would include the following:
- Check and adjust water chemistry
- Net pool surface of debris
- Brush steps, raised flat surfaces and sides as needed
- Empty skimmer, pump, and pool cleaner
- Check and correct operation of the pool cleaner; confirm the wall fitting screen is clean
- Confirm pool water is circulating well
- Perform a visual inspection of pool equipment
- Check and monitor
Standard chemicals are cyanuric acid (conditioner), muriatic acid (to reduce high alkalinity or lower the pH), chlorine (shock and tabs), DE powder, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium carbonate.
Chemicals not included are algaecides, borates, bromine, calcium hardness increasers, clarifier, enzymes, metal removers, phosphate removers, sodium bromide, stabilizer, stains removers, micro-floc, PoolRx, sal
We service all pools in the following areas: Allen, Aubrey, Carrollton, Celina, Dallas, Frisco, Garland, Lewisville, Little Elm, McKinney, Murphy, Oak Point, Plano, Prosper, Providence Village, Richardson, Sachse, The Colony, and surrounding areas.

Each visit, our techs will look at the health of your pool and equipment; if they find anything wrong, you will see it on your emailed pool service report. Think of these as email door hangers. We include a current picture of your pool, chemical readings and dosages, and what was completed that day.
